M2 Centurion
Whether you're flying
an F/A-18 or conducting a HALO insertion, the SureFire M2 Centurion won't
let you down when the going gets rough. Powered by two lithium batteries
(10-year shelf life), the M2 produces 65 lumens of light for one hour,
or 120 lumens (eight times the output of a typical two D-cell alkaline
flashlight) for 20 minutes using the included ultra-high output lamp.
CNC machined from aerospace-grade aluminum and coated in a military specification
Type III hard-anodized finish, the M2 utilizes an ergonomic flat-side
CombatGrip design and a patented rubber grip ring so that the light
can be operated with a handgun using the Rogers/SureFire technique. Like
all lights in SureFire's Special Operations Series, the M2 is shock isolated
to withstand the repeated recoil of a large caliber weapon. The M2 Centurion
features unique switching originally developed for law enforcement- twist
for constant on, or depress the tailcap button for momentary illumination
or emergency signaling.
