Raptor

The RAPTOR is one in a series of light weight, physically small, highly effective sound suppressors designed specifically for the Heckler & Koch MP5 9mm submachine guns. The RAPTOR mounts directly on the H&K 3-lug barrel utilizing as standard equipment the Gemtech Tri-Lock (patented) quick detach mount. A 3-lug adapter is available for the Colt 9mm submachine gun.

Weighing only 10.5 ounces and measuring only 9 inches in length, this unit has no adverse effect on either the handling or accuracy of the weapon. The RAPTOR outperforms any comparable sized suppressor and many that are significantly larger and more expensive. It satisfies the demand for a small, light-weight tactical submachine gun suppressor.

The unit features precision CNC machined baffles in a hard black anodized aluminum body utilizing aircraft grade aluminum alloys. As with all of our units, no wipes or mesh packings are used, and cleaning can be accomplished by simple immersion in solvents.

The RAPTOR is truly a workhorse and the standard against which all MP5 suppressors are measured. The lifespan of the RAPTOR is truly phenomenal. A unit was recently returned for repair with a documented 175,000 rounds (both jacked and cast lead bullets). We did sound measurements, and the performance after all this use just barely met OSHA and MIL-STD requirements. We replaced the unit.
